Chelsea teaches clarinet, saxophone, flute, and piano. She is from Indiana and has lived in Kansas City, KS for about 3 years. She has a master’s degree in music technology from Indiana University-Purdue University (IUPUI) and a bachelor’s degree in music with a concentration in technology and recording from the University of Indianapolis. She also works as a substitute teacher in the Piper and Park Hill School Districts. Chelsea started playing the piano in elementary school and then started 6th grade band on the clarinet. She added the saxophone in 8th grade to join the high school jazz band. In high school, Chelsea also started playing the flute. She has enjoyed playing music in school, nursing homes, and various community groups and big bands. Chelsea has been teaching private lessons for almost 5 years.
