Mezzo-soprano Anna Louise Hoard is a chamber and studio musician based in Kansas City who specializes in sacred music, new music, and their intersections. Anna has performed across the United States and in Canada, Italy, Germany, and Poland. A member of the Grammy-winning Kansas City Chorale and a Black House Collective Resident Artist, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the UMKC Conservatory of Music and Dance. Some of Anna’s favorite credits include La Malinché, Pierrot Lunaire, and Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro. Anna is an alumna of The University of Kansas School of Music, Seagle Music Colony, and The Cortona Sessions for New Music.
